Aubrey West, a graduate of Lawrence County High School, is the 2021 recipient of the Ward and Irene Patton Outstanding Graduate Award. She is the daughter of Brad and Deana West and plans to attend Morehead State University in the fall.

These scholarships are three of the 44 scholarships and awards, totaling $50,320, that have been presented in 2021 to young men and women from funds at the Foundation for the Tri-State Community, Inc., according to Foundation CEO Mary Witten Wiseman. “The organizations and individuals that provided the funds for these scholarships make it possible for these talented students to pursue their dreams and goals,” Wiseman said. “These scholarships help offset the cost of college and other continuing education.”
