Bowen started the opening game of the year on February 22nd and suffered a 4-3 loss in eight innings against Mansfield.

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… C-Bo had one of the best careers in my tenure at Lawrence County. She averaged around 13 K’s a game and was a relentless competitor in the circle. She was also a tough out at the plate with big power. Ciana has a great work ethic and that was showing early on this season at W Va Wesleyan before it was cut short. She also had multiple appearances on the all state team in her stent in high school, as well as being on the East All Star team. I know one thing for sure I miss her being on my team!”
