The Lawrence County Fire Prevention Week was a huge success for 2019.
Saturday the LVFD gave children rides on the Fire Trucks through town, this was a lot of fun. They had inflatable bouncy houses and slides set up behind the Senior Citizens building, for the children. Also had a car burning and showed the children how to put out the fire.
There was with free snacks and drinks, fire hats, fire badges for the children and much more. A big American flag was displayed over the event. A big thank- you to all who made this possible for our community!
