
The Louisa Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire in a vacant building on 308 N Main Cross St. Louisa this morning at 10:40am according to the incident report.

The fire is still under investigation.
Kimberly Compton called 911 at 10:38am stating that the Compton garage was on fire. The LVFD arrived within two minutes and put out the fire at 11:25 am officially.
Compton’s garage was not in use at the time.

Comptons is a landmark
I wonder if the homeless were living in it?
Maybe the homeless should be housed in apartments like they do in Seattle WA. BTW, on the taxpayer’s dime.
