Earl Fugitt Jr., 55, of Louisa, was arrested on February 7, 2018, at 12:48 P.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department , and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.
Brett M. Thomas, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on February 7, 2017 at 12:48 P.M. by officer Billy C. Slone of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: • PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE).

Joseph A. Warrix, 28, of Louisa, was arrested on February 14, 2018, at 4:36 P.M., by a deputy of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE DATING VIOLENCE (MINOR INJURY).
