Edna Butcher, 80, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 25, 2019.
Edna was born September 1, 1939 in Johnson County, KY to Jake and Alma (Fitch) Webb. Edna was a member of Louisa Community Fellowship Church and retired from Lawrence County Schools.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Butcher; son Rickey Lee Butcher; sister Elsie Faye Ward and brother Bobby Webb.
Survivors include her children Ronald Dean (Teresa) Butcher, Connie (Phillip) Clay, and Patty (Rick) Clay; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and sisters Darlene Ward, Dolly Arrowood, and Karen Ward; and longtime friend Karen Parks.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Rick May officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Butcher.
