Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a man from East Lynn was arrested last night during an interdiction stop in the Kenova area.
Michael ‘Mike’ Clark was stopped by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit last night and during the investigation a distribution quantity of Heroin was found hidden behind a panel on a seat in the vehicle.
