It was the Annual Farm and Field Day in Lawrence Co, (Now called Home And Field Day) Saturday JUNE, 23 in Louisa, Ky.

Farmers Market ON OPENING DAY...

“Registration began early around six. We have several local vendors that participate every year, said Extension office official Laura Maggard.

The early start date was held for the first time this year to get both farmers and customers ready for the season.

“Next year we will visit a home for education on farming services,” Maggard said. “This year we are focusing on urban ideas and projects such as small gardening and pollinating.

We hope to see around 175 to 200 Lawrence countians.”

Various vendors were present at the event.
