Donald Ray Clay, 57, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Three Rivers Medical Center.

Ray was born February 3, 1964 in Louisa, KY to the late James and Francis (Fugitt) Clay. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Thomas Clay, Jr. and sister Judy Fuggitt.

Survivors include his children Thomas (Robin) Clay and Anna (Christopher Gist) Clay; grandchildren Teresa Clay and Abygail Clay; siblings Elizabeth Church, Johnny Clay, Phillip Clay, Jack Clay, James Clay, Jr., Ricky Clay, and Billy Clay; many nieces and nephews; and dogs FiFi and Pepper.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Clay Family Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, November 4, 2021 from 11:00AM until time of service at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Clay and his family.
