Donald E. Reedy 63 of Kermit, WV went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at his home.

 

He was born on November 5, 1956 in Man, WV; he was a son of the late Earl G. and Minnie L. Ray Reedy. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Reedy.

 

Don was a retired coal miner, former member of the Kermit Volunteer Fire Department, and member of the Kermit United Baptist Church.

 

Donald is survived by his children; Donald E. (Pamela) Reedy Jr, John Paul (Crystal) Reedy, and Tabitha (Joshua) Starr as well as grandchildren; Skye Starr and Elliot Starr. He also leaves behind his sister, Tenna (JR “Shaker”) Brandt.

 

Visitation will be conducted on Friday, October 16, 2020 from 10am-1pm at the Old Kermit Gym in Kermit, WV with funeral services being conducted at 1:00pm with Freddy Messer Jr officiating. Burial will follow in the Cooks Cemetery of Cyclone, WV.

 

As a result of COVID-19 virus; all attendees are required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Donald E. Reedy.
