Docket Results for Circuit Court held on Friday, September 22nd

James Stephen Burchette James Burchette, 38, pled guilty to COMPLICITY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY and will receive 3 years supervised probation over a five-year period with a Pretrial diversion along with 90 days of home Incarceration. Charges run concurrent to another case and final sentencing will be held on 10-27-17.

James Burchette also pled guilty and will receive 5 years on each of the two counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER $10,000, to be run concurrent with one another and the separate case.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gary H. CochranGary Haven Mills Cochran Jr., 50 was present for a motion for psychiatric examination on charges stemming from two separate cases. Charges include THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $500, PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1st degree, complicity theft by unlawful taking (auto) over $500 and again PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1st degree. The Motion was granted an attorney is to send order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Crystal Dawn CordleCrystal Cordle, 45 was sentenced to 5 years supervised probation and both charges to run concurrent but consecutive to other case for COMPLICITY TO BURGLARY, 3RD degree AND COMPLICITY TO THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING $500 OR MORE.

Crystal Cordle, was sentenced to 5 years supervised probation with case to run consecutive with other case for the charge of CONVICTED FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM.

 

 

 

 

 

Broderick N. CyrusBroderick Cyrus, 40, was present on charges of COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE, FIRST OFFENSE AND COMPLICITY TO RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (FIREARM). Case was reset for 10-27-17.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Derick DelkDerick Delk, 39 was arraigned on 3 COUNTS OF COMPLICITY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER $10,000, COMPLICITY POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST, METHAMPHETAMINE, PERSISTED FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST, COMPLICITY POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. Case was reset for next motion hour 10-13-17 and a transport order needed.

 

 

 

 

 

Marissa D. DossMarissa Doss, 26, pled guilty and was sentenced to 2 years for 1ST degree POSSESSION OF COCAINE, FIRST OFFENSE, 12 months for POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and 90 days concurrent with 3 years of supervised probation & other conditions for POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. Final sentencing to be held on 10-27-17.

Marissa Doss, was also arraigned on charges of COMPLICITY POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST, METHAMPHETAMINE, AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. A public defender was appointed and Pre-trial set for 10-27-17

 

 

 

 

 

 Keith HammondsKeith Hammonds, 51, was sentenced to 10 years for COMPLICITY BURGLARY, 1st degree, 3 years for each count of CONVICTED FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, each to run concurrent. Persistent felony offender was dismissed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Travis HarmonTravis Harmon, 22 was present for a motion for Shock Probation. Motion was denied.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Holly JohnsonHolly Johnson, 39, was present for a status hearing on COMPLICITY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER $10,000. The commonwealth moves to dismiss case, Tony Skeans to send order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alisha MartinAlisha Martin, 38 pled guilty to POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1st degree and was sentenced to 2 years of unsupervised probation and 3 years of drug court. To be released upon acceptance into drug court.

 

 

 

 

 

Bradley E. ParsleyBradley Parsley, 39 was present for FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT. The case was reset.

Rachelle Peppers, 31 was arraignment on BURGLARY, 3RD° AND PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST°. The defendant is in federal custody.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

William J. ShortWilliam Short, 53, pled guilty and was sentenced to 12 months on an amended FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (amended from 1st degree to 2nd degree) WANTON ENDANGERMENT was amended from 1st degree to 2nd degree and was given 12 months. The defendant also pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and was given two days in jail, supervised probation for 24 months, the defendant must comply with a MA sanctions and substance abuse counseling.

 

 

 

 

Amanda ThomasAmanda Thomas, 35 was present for a motion for shock probation. The motion was denied.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Horn Willis G. copyWillis Horn, 27 was on the docket for a re-notice of MOTION TO DISMISS FOR FAILURE TO INDICT. Tendered order signed.
