COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Against Pikeville we started the game and executed as we expected too. We played a solid first half. The second half was definitely not our half. We’re not going to beat anyone when we have more turnovers than shot attempts. They won round one and we can’t wait for the rematch.”
“… On Wednesday we went to play a tough Morgan County squad. We again had a great first half but struggled in the second half. We were able to finally get going in the middle of the 4th quarter and hold onto win. Proud of the girls for bouncing back and getting a win.”
“… Friday night against Betsy Layne we were able to accomplish one of our goals this season going undefeated in district play and being the 1 seed. We were glad to be able to finish that last night. Proud of our girls for finishing district play strong.”
