Dawgs and Rams this Friday night is Cancelled due to virus

Louisa, Ky. — The Lawrence Co. and Raceland football game scheduled for tomorrow night at Luke Varney Jr. Memorial stadium is cancelled as the Bulldogs will be in quarantine until November the 5th.

 

 

 

The Dawgs are supposed to travel to Larue Co. to finish the regular season but that game is also in question at this time.

 

Lawrence Co. ( 3-1 ) the #2 seed in Class 3A District 8 will still be eligible for the playoffs that begin on November the 13th.

 

 

 

Lawrence County Superintendent, Dr. Robbie Fletcher on cancellation with Raceland.

 

“The contact tracing process has quarantined our team. We will not be able to play on Friday night against Raceland.”

 

He also says they are still contacting their kids right now.
