David Lynn Moore

1956 – 2017

David Lynn Moore, 61, of Chapman, Kentucky passed away in his sleep at his home on Monday, February 13, 2017.

David was born January 30, 1956 to the late Jim Tom and Barbara (Frazier) Moore in Louisa, Kentucky.

In addition to his parents, Jim Tom and Barbara (Frazier) Moore he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry and Mrytle (Hylton) Moore; Bill and Mabel (Kidd) Frazier.

Dave enjoyed spending his time on the Levisa River in his boat.

Survivors include his two sisters, Belinda (Calvin) Robertson of Louisa, Ky.; Connie (Moore) Bryan of Chapman, Ky.; and one brother, Jerry (Missy) Moore of Louisa, Ky.. He also had one nephew, seven nieces, and many great nieces and nephews. Dave will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Gallup Cemetery in Chapman, Ky.

Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Young Funeral Home.
