Danny Ray Evans, 72, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 8, 2021.

Danny was born March 16, 1948 in Mingo County, WV to the late Ray and Mary Belle (Bradford) Evans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Randy Evans, Brenda Hartley, and Carol Lester.

Danny was retired as an electronics repairman. He was mechanically inclined and could fix anything. Danny loved music, especially The Beatles. He was an amazing guitar player and singer. Danny loved his family, especially his grandkids, nieces and nephews. Most importantly, he loved the Lord. Danny depended on the Lord with all his heart.

Survivors include his children Sherry Darlene Spaulding, Danny Evans, and Michelle (Mark) Alfano; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; and siblings Donna Koher, Patty Hillard, Joyce Elliot, Glenda Tendziegloski, Beverly Chafin, Michaela Evans, and Jimmy Evans.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 12:00 PM until time of service.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Evans and his family.
