Danny Joe James, 67, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
Danny was born January 10, 1954 in Louisa, KY to the late Amon and Edna (Johnson) James. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Josephine Missler, Jackie James, Judy Ann Masica, and Jimmy James; and brother in law Leroy Hutchins.
Danny enjoyed the outdoors and liked to garden. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Mary Jo James; daughters Susan (Buddy Ray) Moore and Rachel (Albert Lee) Crum; grandchildren Jessica Nicole Baisden, Emily Fasnacht, Isabella Spencer, Danielle “Dani” Lea Crum, James Dylan Crum, Jay Lee Crum, and Lakeisha Boyd; sisters Mary Hutchins and Sue (Robert) Cook; and brother in law Richard Masica.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Webb Family Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
