Connie Sue Horn 69, of Fallsburg, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday December 5, 2020 following a long illness.

Connie was born January 6, 1951 at Ava, Ohio the daughter of the late Austin and Lena Mae Spurrier Tilton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters Barbara, Charlotte, and Judy; and two brothers Larry and Jack Tilton.

Connie was a retired salesclerk at Dollar General and a devoted Christian.

Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years Earsel Horn Jr., two sons Mark Horn and wife Rhonda and Ronald Horn. She lives behind four sisters Joyce, Sandy, Alberta, and Shirley; and two brothers Bill and Rick Tilton; her grandchildren Austin Horn, Peyton Horn, Ron Lee Horn, Roger Horn, and Erinne Horn; a sister-in-law Donna Randall, and several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 8th at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Osborne and Rev. Bobby Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens. Private visitation will be held on Monday evening at the funeral home.

Per the Governor’s Mandate all persons attending must wear facial masks.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
