CLINIC CASES TRIAL DATES SET IN DRUG CASE

LOUISA, Ky. — Wayde Leedy, who was previously looking at charges that carried several years was sentenced to only 2 months with conditions on amended charges from Burglary, 1st and Assault, 1st degree to misdemeanors that were not listed on the docket during the most recent court session under Circuit Judge John D. Preston.

Other major cases including The Tri State Family Medical Center, LLC and all co-defendants were present with a trial date set for each.

Here’s the list:

B.J. Daniel, 33 was present on COMPLICITY OF THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $500 BUT UNDER $10,000. A trial date was set for 5-3-17.

Janice Gauze, 46 was present and a trial date was set in her case of COMPLICITY UNAUTHORIZED PROCUREMENT OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Trial date set for 8-14-17.

Kevin Gauze, 47, was present on charges of 2 COUNTS OF COMPLICITY PRESENT FRAUDULENT CLAIMS TO DEFRAUD KMAP, COMPLICITY FORGERY OF A PRESCRIPTION, 1ST DEFENSE,, COMPLICITY DISPENSE/PRESCRIBE/ADMINISTER CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, COMPLICITY WRONGFULLY FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS, 1ST OFFENSE, AND COMPLICITY UNAUTHORIZED PROCUREMENT OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. A trial date was set for 8-14-17.

Terry Hensley, 42, was arraigned on charges of ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC) 3RD OR GREATER WITHIN 5 YEARS, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 3RD DEGREE, TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE AND ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE, 1ST DEGREE & 2ND. Pretrial date was set for 1-27-17.

Kayla Hunt, 28, was sentenced on charges of FACILITATION MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE AND PROBATION VIOLATION FOR FELONY OFFENSE. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years to serve for both charges. 

Wayne Leedy, 21, Was present for sentencing on charges of BURGLARY, 1st degree AND ASSAULT, 1ST DEGREE. The charges were amended to Misdemeanors and sentenced to 2 months with other conditions. 

Tara Lycans, 32, was present on PROBATION VIOLATION FOR FELONY OFFENSE. The hearing called witness Kaye Grivous. Defendants probation was revoked and she was remanded to the Dept. of Corrections.

Justin Marcum, 29, Was present to be sentenced on COMPLICITY TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST OFFENSE. The charges were amended and the defendant was sentenced to 2 years diversion, supervised probation. The case was run concurrent with another charge in Martin Co.

Clyde Mckenzie, 56, was present for arraignment on COMPLICITY KNOWINGLY EXPLOIT ADULT BY PERSON OVER $300. Pretrial was set for 1-27-17, defendant will remain out on bond until next court date. 

Reatha Mckenzie, 75, was arraigned on COMPLICITY KNOWINGLY EXPLOIT ADULT BY PERSON OVER $300. Pretrial date set for 1-27-17.

Eric Nolan, 34, was present for arraignment on ASSAULT, 1ST DEGREE. Pretrial date set for 2-10-17.

Bradley Parsley, 38, was set for a hearing on FLAGRANT NON SUPPORT. Defendant was not present and a bench warrant was issued.

Tonetta Stepp, 37, was present for a change of plea on previous charges of COMPLICITY FRAUDULENT USE OF ID CARD OF ELECTRONIC CODE FOR BENEFITS (2 COUNTS). The charges were amended and the defendant was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation over a period of 24 months. 

Amanda Thomas, 34, was arraigned on charges of COMPLICITY BURGLARY, 3RD DEGREE, COMPLICITY 1ST DEGREE POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, COCAINE,1ST OFFENSE, COMPLICITY TO USE/POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, 1ST OFFENSE, AND THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING FROM A BUILDING UNDER $500. Next court date set for 1-13-17.

Tri State Family Medical Center, LLC, was set for a trial date of 8-14-17 on charges of COMPLICITY PRESENT FRAUDULENT CLAIMS TO DEFRAUD KMAP (2 COUNTS) AND COMPLICITY FORGERY OF A PRESCRIPTION,1ST OFFENSE. 

David Vance, 42, was present for a Hardship License Hearing. A hardship license was granted for to and from work only. 

Johnny Darrell Vaughn Jr., 41, was present on a report date for the charges of COMPLICITY TO ROBBERY, 2ND DEGREE. A trial date was set for 5-8-17.

Shirley Vincell, 28, was on the docket for a motion for bench warrant. The motion was granted and a bench warrant was issued for the defendant. 

Eric T. Ward, 21, was arraigned on charges of CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT AND THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OVER $500, pretrial date set for 1-27-17. Defendant remains incarcerated.

Roger Webb, 39, was arraigned on POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE METHAMPHETAMINE. Pretrial date set for 1-13-17, defendant will remain incarcerated.
