Carolyn Jean Thompson 

1950 — 2017

Carolyn Jean Thompson, 66, of Fort Gay, WV went to be with the Lord on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice Care Center following a long illness.

Carolyn was born Nov. 3, 1950 at Huntington, WV, the daughter of the late Jennings and Eldred Lloyd Blankenship. She was a homemaker and of the Free Will Baptist Faith.

Survivors include two sons David Thompson and wife Kim and Beebo Thompson all of Fort Gay, WV; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm on Saturday April 1, 2017 at the Isaac Park Church with Rev. Tom Kitts and Rev. Casey Cyrus officiating. Burial will follow in the Fort Gay – Bartram Cemetery at Fort Gay, WV.

Friends may visit the family on Friday after 6:00 pm at the Isaac Park Church.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home
