Carmaleta Oney, 52, of Olive Hill, KY went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at UK Medical Center.
Carmaleta was born April 4, 1969 in Ashland, KY to the late Billy Lew and Yvonne (Watson) Oney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Natalie Oney Bullins.
Carmaleta was a medical billing specialist for Sterling Health. She loved her family and friends and was loved by everyone that knew her. Carmaleta had a warm and caring heart.
Survivors include her brother Billy Luke Oney; nephew Jimmy Lee Bullins; niece Ashley Bullins (Josh Mabry); great niece Amelia Mabey; and her beloved companion Clover.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Noon at the Olive Hill Wesleyan Church with Clyde Holbrook officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Olive Hill Wesleyan Church.
