Carl M. Howard, 75, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 11, 2021.

Carl was born January 21, 1945 in Louisa, KY to the late Benjamin and Jessie (Johnson) Howard, Jr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Raymond Howard and David Howard and a sister Francis Howard.

Carl was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of the VFW of Louisa Post 6103.

Survivors include his wife Betty Howard; sister Sue (Ronnie) Murray of Columbus, OH; stepsons Paul (Linda) Harless of Royal Palm Beach, FL, Gary (Judy) Harless of Louisa, KY, and Vernon Harless of Lancaster, OH; and stepdaughters Tresa (George Cremeans) Mullett of Lewis Center, OH, Sharon (Larry) Thompson of Fort Gay, WV, and Kathy (Albert) Ferguson of Louisa, KY.

Graveside services with full military honors will be conducted Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Noon at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast. The procession will leave the funeral home at 11:00 A.M.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Howard and his family.
