COACH’S COMMENTS

“… I felt like Friday night we weren’t locked in and as focused as we needed to be against Elliott County. We managed to put together a good enough 4th quarter to pull out the win.

“…Saturday at our walk through, we challenged the guys to be focused and be the best teammate they could be for 32 minutes against Campbell County. Our kids took that challenge to heart and did just that. We were able to put 4 quarters of really good basketball together and pick up a great win for our program. Our bench had great energy the entire game and that carried onto the floor.

“…Overall, effort was great from everyone. But it’s time to move past that one and focus on a very solid Raceland team for the championship of their tournament.”
