Bruce Q. Bussey 

1946 – 2016

Bruce Q. Bussey 69 of Louisa, KY passed away May 27, 2016 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY following a brief illness.

Bruce was born July 11, 1946 in Louisa, the son of the late Robert and Edith Thompson Bussey. He was a retired Supervisor at the Big Sandy Power Plant.

Survivors include a daughter Bryn Skaggs and husband Jeremy of Lowmansville, KY; two sons Brian Bussey and wife Suzanne of Kwajalein, Atoll and Brandon Bussey and wife Jennifer of Lake Placid, Florida; a brother Paul Wendell Bussey of Salyersville, KY; and a sister Karen Bussey of Louisa; a grandson Logan Bussey; and a step granddaughter Audriana Wells; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 2 at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. John Skaggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa, KY.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
