Rebecca Clark, 41 pled guilty to Complicity Receiving Stolen Property/ under 10,000 and will be final sentenced on 3/22/19 to 2 years supervised probation with other conditions.
Teresa Clay, 51 was sentenced to a graduated sanction on a Probation Revocation hearing. Graduated sanctions can be anything from adding time to a sentence to home confinement. It is the step before revoking probation completely.
Tiara Curry, 23 pled guilty to 1st degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (unspecified) sentenced to 3 years with a diversion and other conditions. Misdemeanors all dismissed.

Mark Mollett, 43 was sentenced to 1 year for Possession of Methamphetamine, 1 year for Complicity Conspiracy to Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 2nd degree and 30 days for Possession of Marijuana. All charges to run concurrent and supervised probation with a diversion over 3 years.
Robert Parker, 35 pled guilty to Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm concurrent to 18-CR-27 (next case) but consecutive to felony.
Seperate Case:
The defendant pled guilty to an amended charge of Complicity Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine and will receive 5 years concurrent to the first case and consecutive to felony. Persistent Felony Offender was dismissed along with Complicity Drug Paraphernalia.
Jamie Shritters, 64 was present for a Probation Revocation Hearing and was sentenced to a graduated sanction.
William Spencer, 25 was sentenced to 3 years supervised probation with a diversion over 5 years and other conditions on Stalking, 1st degree.
James Cook, 34 was sentenced to a graduated sanction on a Probation Revocation Hearing.
