BOE SEEKS BIDS ON UNSPECIFIED BUILDING

INVITATION TO BID

The Lawrence County Board of Education will receive bids in the office of the Superintendent at the Board of Education Building, 50 Bulldog Lane, Louisa, Kentucky 41230 for architectural and engineering services as it relates to the requirements of the Kentucky District Facilities Planning Process (702 KAR 4:180). Bids will be evaluated based on the overall cost as well as the projected time required by the bidding company/group to complete the process outlined in Section 102 of the Kentucky School Facilities Planning Manual. Please include price by square foot; a maximum amount that will be charged (including related fees); and time required to complete the assessment process outlined in Section 102 of the Kentucky School Facilities Planning Manual. Building specifications are available at the Superintendent’s office, 50 Bulldog Lane, Louisa, Kentucky. Bids will be accepted until 2 PM, Friday, October 6, 2017. The bids shall be sealed and properly marked. Further information may be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent or by calling 606-638-9671. The Lawrence County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid that may be deemed to be in the Board’s favor.
