2.B.2.a. Approve Memorandum Of Agreement with Commonwealth of Kentucky: Lawrence County Family Resource Youth Service Center (FRYSC) Board of Education Contract Modification; effective July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019: $233,600.00

2.B.2.b. Approve 2018-2019 Non-Traditional Instruction Program Application Amendment

2.B.2.c. Approve Education Elements Master Services Agreement between Education Elements, Inc. and Lawrence County Board of Education effective August 14, 2018; 12-month subscription: $4,999

2.B.2.d. Approve agreement between Forest Quillen with Be Somebody LLC and Lawrence County Schools; LMS/LCHS and FES FRYSC guest speaker on drug prevention/bullying; October 9, 2018: $500
