THIS IS THE COMPOSITE LIST OF EVERY ONE ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE, MARTIN, JOHNSON, AND MAGOFFIN COUNTIES JUNE 1 AND 2, 2017 (AS WELL AS OTHER “UNOFFICIAL NEIGHBORING COUNTIES SUCH AS ELLIOT, MORGAN, WOLFE, ETC….).

OUT OF THE AT LEAST 27 INMATES BOOKED AT THE BIG SANDY REGIONAL DETENTION CENTER IN PAINTSVILLE JUNE 1 AND 2, 2017, 4 OF THEM WERE FROM LAWRENCE COUNTY, WITH ANOTHER LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENT ARRESTED IN MARTIN COUNTY. 

THE NAMES OF THOSE ARRESTED AND BOOKED JUNE 1 AND 2 ARE THE FOLLOWING: 

JUNE 1, 2017

Jerra M. MeadeJerra M. Meade, 23, from Salyersville, Kentucky; was booked June 1 at 12:05 A.M. – after being arrested by the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION – FIREARM, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000.

 

 

Billie J. WellsBillie J. Wells-Bowen, 46, from Van Lear, Kentucky; was booked June 1 at 1:21 A.M. – after being arrested by a trooper from the Kentucky State Police-Post#9-Pikeville, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • FAILURE TO NOTIFY ADDRESS CHANGE TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

Frasher, 45, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on June 1, 2017, at 10:53 A.M., by sergeant Ed Cordle of the Louisa Police Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE,  • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • LICENSE TO BE IN POSSESSION, • NO REGISTRATION RECEIPT.

 

 

 

 

 

Sandra ShepherdSandra L. Shepherd, 48, from Salyersville, Kentucky; was booked June 1 at 1:59 P.M. – after being arrested by a deputy of the Magoffin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Karen R. ColeKaren R. Cole, 43, from Salyersville, Kentucky; was booked June 1 at 3:03 P.M. – after being taken into custody by the Magoffin County Court, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Derek MaynardDerek Maynard, 26, of Huntington, West Virginia; was arrested on June 1, 2017, at 10:55 P.M., by deputy Dwayne Bowen of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:  • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (OPIATES), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS ( 2 SEPARATE COUNTS),• THEFT OF IDENTITY OF ANOTHER W/O CONSENT (2 SEPARATE COUNTS), • PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER II, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (COCAINE), • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED.

 

 

 

 

Raymond PeytonRaymond Peyton, 48, from West Liberty, Kentucky; was booked June 1 at 11:05 P.M. – after being arrested by an officer with the West Liberty Police Department in Morgan County, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR ( 3 SEPARATE COUNTS ).
