Betty Rotenberry, 81, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Betty was born in Hardy, KY on June 1, 1943 to the late Clifford and May Scott.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Lee Rotenberry; sister Thelma Pratt; and brothers Jerry Scott, Melvin Scott, and David Scott.

Survivors include her son and daughter in law Ernest L. and Neva Rotenberry Jr.; grandchildren Ernest Lee Rotenberry, III, Michelle Rotenberry, and Gerald Scott Rotenberry; great grandson Riot Gain; sister Stella (John) Stevens; nieces and nephews Jerry Stevens, Valerie Scott, Michael Stevens, Nathan Porter, Karman Stevens, Carson Stevens, Keith Scott, Dwayne Scott, John Wesley Scott, Marty Scott, Greg Pratt, Jim Pratt, Eunice Leonard, Bobby Scott, Melvin Scott, Jr., Missy Scott, Danny Scott, Christopher Scott, Jennifer Scott, Sarah Rose Scott, and Danielle Scott.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, June 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Scott Cemetery.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Rotenberry and her family.
