Betty Jean Phipps, 80, of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital following a brief illness.
Betty was born April 27, 1938 at Louisa, the daughter of the late James Kenneth and Cora Neely Levering. She was a former cashier at Louisa Foodland and Dollar Store.
Survivors include two sons James R. McFann III of Louisa and Michael McFann of Ashland, VA and a brother Gordon Levering of Desoto, Texas.
Funeral services will be held on Friday Nov. 23rd at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinehill Cemetery Louisa, KY.
Friends may visit the family on Friday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

I’ve known this lovely lady most of my life and she will be sorely missed.
