Benjamin H. Dalton, age 94, of Trenton, KY passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023.

Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2023 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Edgewood Cemetery in Trenton, KY.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Benjamin entered this life on December 18, 1928 in Louisa, KY to the late Scott and Nina Fowler Dalton. He was recognized as a Kentucky Colonel, and was a member of Temple Bell United Baptist Church, and Guthrie Bethel Vesper Masonic Lodge #669. Benjamin retired from Norfolk Southern Railway after 42 years of service.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Murl Dalton; daughter, Dixie Spears, and son, Ernie Dalton.

Survivors include son, Danny (Christine) Dalton; daughter, Patricia (Kenny) Langford; son-in-law, Gary Spears; grandchildren, James Hyrne, Vineda Klak, Chrystal Dalton, Danny Dalton, Shawanna Mitchell, Greg Langford; ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
