Ben Wells 

1929 — 2017

Ben Wells, 88, of Tark Hill Road Blaine, KY passed away Tuesday March 14, 2017 at the Three Rivers Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Ben was born Jan. 4, 1929 at Blaine, KY the son of the late Sam and Rachel Wheeler Wells. He was a retired pumper for Ashland Oil and of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his loving wife Freda Cordle Wells, a daughter Judy Barber and husband Michael of Wyoming and two sons Keith Wells and wife Linda of Blaine and Paul Wells and wife Shirla of Louisa; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday March 17 at 11:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home with Elders Frank Blevins and Frankie Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Wells Cemetery on Tark Hill Road Blaine, KY.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
