Arlene Gilliam

1931 — 2017

Arlene Gilliam, 86, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa.

Ms. Gilliam was born July 17, 1931 in Elliott County to the late Franklin and Lissie Eldridge. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willard Lawrence Gilliam; daughter Mavis Perkins; and siblings Delphie Keaton, George Eldridge, Jay Eldridge, Conn Eldridge, and Belle Lewis.

Survivors include her children Franklin (Jamie) Gilliam, Mitchell Gilliam, Michael Gilliam, Mark Gilliam, and Raymond Gilliam; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 31, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Young Funeral Home.

Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.youngfuneralhomeinc.com.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Gilliam.
