Andy Ward Cox, 67, of Freeburn, KY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

Andy was born January 18, 1954 in Matewan, WV to the late Jack and Madeline (Ward) Cox. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Michael Cox.

Survivors include his sister JoAnn Cox Layne; niece Kimberly Layne Hall; nephew James Eric (Barbara) Layne; and special friends and caregivers Kaye and Benny Hurley.

Graveside services will be conducted Monday, January 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM at See Cemetery.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Andy Ward Cox and his family.

    Miss seeing him walking through Freeburn , I knew him as we were growing up in Freeburn. I know his sister Jo Ann is going to miss him.
