PIKE COUNTY METH DEALING DUO: RANDALL D. MILLINS, 43, OF VIRGIE, KY., AND MICHELLE R. WERKHEISER, 56, OF ASHCAMP, KY., WERE ARRESTED BY THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE ON MAY 10,TO AFTER AN ANONYMOUS TIP TO THE KSP THAT WAS SENT TO THEIR ONLINE INTERNET APP

The Kentucky State Police Post 9, in Pikeville, KY. reported they arrested a man and woman from Pike County after they received information on a drug dealing operation via a new state of high technology component that gives police agencies a major new arm in the discovery of potential criminal activities.

An anonymous tip sent to Kentucky State Police mobile app resulted in two Pike County residents being taken to jail Tuesday, May 10.

The crime tip reported that Randall D. Mullins, 43, of Virgie, KY., was selling drugs out of his home. When state police troopers went to check it out, they discovered more than 80 grams of meth and about $1,000 in small bills, along with trafficking materials.

Randall Mullins and a woman who was in the home, Michelle R. Werkheiser, 56, of Ashcamp, KY., were both arrested by KSP trooper Dylan Chapman, on the same trio of 3 charges, which were as the following:  

*TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> OR = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE), 

*POSSESION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), 

*DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Both Randall Mullins and Michelle Werkheiser were transported to and are being held in the Pike County Detention Center. Randall Mullins is being held on a $15,000 full cash only bond on the meth possession charge; while Michelle Werkheiser is being held on a $10,000 bond, which can be posted for via 10% of the amount, with the bulk of it paid in cash
