HERE ARE THE NAMES AND CHARGES OF THE LATEST THIRTY-FOUR (34) PEOPLE WHO WERE ARRESTED (27 ARRESTS, 7 CONTEMPT JAIL GUILTY PLEA DEFENDANTS), IN MARTIN COUNTY, OR ANY MARTIN COUNTY CITIZENS ARRESTED BY A POLICE AGENCY IN A NEIGHBOR  COUNTY JURISDICTIONS FOR APRIL 10-28, 2022:
John May, 45, of Beauty, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, on April 10, 2022,at 2:28 A.M.,by an officer of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOL INTOXICATION IN A PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).
 
 
William A. Maynard, 59, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on April 11,2022,at 9:25 A.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department,and was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA ( 8 OZ TO < 5 LBS.) 1ST OFFENSE, • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
 
Kobe B. Davis, 26, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on April 12, 2022, at 10:42 A.M., by officer Ward, of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: • PROBATION VIOLATION (fFOR FELONY OFFENSE).
Jonathan L. Jackson, 34, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, on April 12,2022, at 12:43 P.M., by the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • WANTON ENDANGERMENT-1ST DEGREE, • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.
Judy Stambaugh, 39, of East Point, Kentucky; was arrested on April 12, 2022,at 2:23 P.M.,by deputy  Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL .08 (189A.010(1A) – 2ND OFFENSE.
Robin Grace-Slone, 51,of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on April 12,2022,at 5:41 A.M.,by deputy Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.
 
James Stacy, 66, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, on April 13, 2022, at 7:06 A.M., by officer Brian Runyon, of the Paintsville Police Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY), • CRIMINAL TRESPASS-1ST DEGREE.
Jacqulyn R. Osborne-Stacy, 39, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on April 13, 2022, at 8:19 A.M.,by deputy Braxton MgGinnis, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
James A. Bowen,51,of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on April 13,2022,at 9:24 A.M.,by deputy Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE.
 
James Crabtree, 24, of Williamson,West Virginia; was arrested on April 13,2022,at 12:30 P.M., at the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden, West Virginia; in Logan County, by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 1ST DEGREE, • BURGLARY, 1ST DEGREE, • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.
 
James R. Nichols, 65,of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on April 14, 2022,at 7:46 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL LITTERING.
Melissa J. Nichols, 44, of Warfield,Kentucky; was arrested on April 15, 2022,at 11:11 A.M., by deputy Wesley Endicott,of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with: • CRIMINAL LITTERING.
 
Jacorey Murphy, 18, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on April 16,2022,at 12:30 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ALCOHOLIC INTOXICATION IN PUBLIC PLACE (1ST & 2ND OFFENSE).
 
Alicia D. Howard, 39, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on April 18,2022,at 10:41 P.M., by deputy Lauren O’Bryan,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE • RESISTING ARREST, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE..
 
Leslie K. Maynard, 42, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on April 19,2022,at 4:13 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE, • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE )EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND-DEGREE, • MENACING.

Larry Gene Johnson, 72, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on April 20, 2022, at 3:06 P.M., by deputy Braxton McGinnis,of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with:• THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS UNDER/$500.
Robert D. Runyon, 42, of Beauty, Kentucky; was arrested on April 20, 2022, at 5:18 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE,1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/ SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1E) – 1ST OFFENSE, • DRIVING TOO SLOW FOR TRAFFIC CONDITIONS/ MINIMUM SPEED,  • ONE HEADLIGHT.

Karen Cornette, 50, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on April 26,2022,at 11:28 A.M., by deputy Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
 
Clayton Jude, 48,of Warfield,Kentucky; was arrested on April 26,2022,at 4:33 P.M.,by Constable James Bradford Preece, of the Martin County Constable Office-District 4, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

    Sometimes I wish I were a cop to lock all these fools up making me worrying about being on the road with my baby. Some of these are parents. They should be ashamed but they are not!!!
