Derrick N. Smith, 31, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on February 17, 2022, at 11:37 A.M., by officer Blair, of the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole, and was charged with: • PAROLE VIOLATION (FOR TECHNICAL VIOLATION).

Skyler Harmon, 23, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 17, 2022, at 1:50 P.M.,by deputy Kris Lang,of the Martin County Sheriff Department; Constable James Bradford Preece,of the Martin County Constable Office-District 4, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL)-[2 SEPARATE CHARGES  COUNTS), • RESISTING  ARREST,  •  SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. 

Christopher Stacy, 50, of Pilgrim,Kentucky; was arrested on February 18,2022, at 2:30 A.M.,by deputy Wesley Endicott, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

William Messer, 33, of Kermit,West Virginia; was arrested on February 18, 2022,at 2:07 P.M.,by deputy Billy Patrick, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. The court bench warrant for William Messer was from out of Pike County, KY.

Dennis Maynard, 36, of Lovely,Kentucky; was arrested on February 21, 2022, at 12:41 A.M.,by deputy Lauren O’Bryan, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL .08 (189A.010(1A) – 1ST OFFENSE, • ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES VIOLATIONS, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE, 2ND DEGREE (MOTOR VEHICLE),  • BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE, •  MENACING,  • TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE.

John Allen, 35, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on February 23, 2022, at 11:49 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR (3 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS).

Justin M. Fletcher, 32, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on February 25, 2022, at 5:25 P.M., by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE SUBSTANCE (189A.010(1C) – 1ST OFFENSE.

Charles R. Crum, 39, of Davella,Kentucky; was arrested on February 26,2022, at 1:40 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION – FIREARM, • FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE 2ND DEGREE (ON FOOT), • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.
