Teresa Ann Robertson Clay, 54, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 24, 2022 at her home.

Teresa was born January 2, 1968 to the late Vernon Lee and Athelene (Williamson) Robertson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Elwyn Clay; sister Bernice Bartram; and brothers Vernon Lee Robertson, Jr. and James Robertson.

Teresa loved her family dearly. Her grandchildren were the light of her world. She was a good hearted, loving woman. Teresa cared for others more than herself, and would give to others even when she had to go without to do so. She was a Christian and attended several churches in the area.

Survivors include her children Vanessa (Jeremey) Dillon, Curtis (Kayla) Dillon, Catherine (Justin) Clay-Stumbo, and Bobbie Clay; grandchildren Izabella Stewart, Kymber Dillon, Brooklynn Dillon, Inman Cox, Kataleena Stumbo, and 2 more on the way; siblings Rachel Sublett, Doris Hale, Rodney Robertson, Emmanuel Robertson, Polly Robertson, and Robert Robertson; many nieces and nephews; and her fiance’ Robert Hayward.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Young Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses for Teresa.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Roger Watts officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
