President Pat Hart led the Louisa Rotary meeting Thursday.

Louisa Rotary Club Weekly Meeting, January 13, 2022

Rotary President Pat Hart led the Rotary meeting on Thursday January 13th 2022 at the First Baptist Church in Louisa, KY. The order of business included Pledge of Allegiance, The 4 way test and recognized birthday’s and one of the rotary members Caleb Perry had a 10 year anniversary.

Chico Prince led the students through a video produced by the class

Hart called the Guest Speaker forward, LCHS Teacher David ‘Chico’ Prince and the representatives of the LCHS Media Class. Chico spoke about the class and what the students were learning. He then played a 15 minute video showing the work of teachers and students at Lawrence County High School.

The media class actually made the video showing how LCHS has changed since being built in 197. Over the years changes have been made. Students in the media class interview teachers from previous years and pictures of the remodeling choice’s.

Afterwards,The Rotary had a Q & A with the students fielding several topics SUCH AS How long did it take? Hardest part was coming up with new ideas and more.

The next Rotary Club meeting will be on January 20, 2022 with guest speaker Michelle Brewer.
