A Martin County Grand Jury handed down indictments on December 2nd. Twenty two indictments were handed down for individuals bail jumping. Other charges were theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespassing.

Commonwealth vs. Jeremy Jarvis
The Grand Jury charges that on or before October 20, 2021 in Martin County, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Jeremy Jarvis acting alone or in complicity with Jeremy Collins committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking over $1,000 but under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a trail camera, lights, a manure spreader, a bicycle with motor, and copper from Jame and Donna McCoy of Pilgrim, Ky.
2. Jeremy Jarvis committed the offense of criminal trespassing in the second degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining upon property owned by James and Donna McCoy of Pilgrim, Ky.
3. Jeremy Jarvis, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above felony counts is now being charged as a persistent felony offender in the second degree.
Commonwealth vs. Jeremy Eric Collins
The Grand Jury charges that on or before October 20, 2021 in Martin County, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Rhodes Dials committed the offense of bail jumping in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully having been released from custody by the court, with or without bail, upon condition that he will subsequently appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court.
Commonwealth vs. Robert Drenning
The Grand Jury charges that on or before November 4, 2021 in Martin County, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Robert Drenning committed the offense of bail jumping in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully having been released from custody by the court, with or without bail, upon condition that he will subsequently appear at a specified time and place in connection with a felony charge, he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court.
