Fast Change Lube & Oil Provides 469 Free Oil Changes to Veterans

Inez, Ky., <Nov. 12, 2021>: As a tribute to active-duty military and veterans across the region, Fast Change Lube & Oil provided 469 free, full-service oil changes valued over $34,000 on Veterans Day, Thursday, November 11th.  The services were provided through their 18 active locations in Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee.

“We’ve been actively supporting veterans and our military since we opened the doors in 1994.  We’ve proudly provided free oil changes to them for the past five years and we look forward to continuing this effort going forward.  These brave souls have served, or currently serve our country and this is our small token of appreciation to them,” said Fast Change President Kevin Davis.

Fast Change has been offering free oil changes to veterans and active-duty military personnel since 2017.  The 2021 total of 469 eclipses 2020’s all-time high of 433 free oil changes and is 43% higher than the 2019 total..

“We really need to thank our partners at Phillips 66, Total Universal Lubricants, BS Products, and Service Champ for helping us make this possible for our veterans.  In the face of many supply-chain challenges in our industry, our partners gave us extra effort to be certain we could provide these services,” said Davis.

In addition to the Veterans Day promotion, Fast Change offers discounts to active military and veterans daily and also continues to support the military through Operation Soldier Care which has raised more than $80,000 for deployed troops.

About Fast Change Lube & Oil Established in 1994, Fast Change Oil and Lube has grown throughout Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Virginia while striving to be the best place anywhere our customers can go for an oil change or other preventative maintenance service. With 18 active locations and growing, Fast Change promises to treat customers with professionalism and respect, to operate with integrity and dependability, and to deliver excellence at a fair price.
