INEZ, Ky. — A Martin County grand jury issued indictments on November 4 ranging from drug charges to sodomy charges. According to the grand jury charge Dustin Jude committed the offense of Sodomy in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in deviate sexual intercourse with another person, namely a minor less than the age of twelve.

Commonwealth vs. Tammy Hackney
The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 28, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Tammy Hackney acting alone or in complicity with Joey Hackney and Joe Hackney committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (Fentanyl) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Fentanyl, $42.00 in cash monies, digital scales, baggies, with the intent trafficking or distributing that Scheduled II controlled substance namely, Fentanyl, or by trafficking in that Fentanyl.
2. Tammy Hackney acting alone or in complicity with Joey Hackney and Joe Hackney committed the offense trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine, baggies, and digital scales, with the intent of trafficking or distributing that controlled substance namely, Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that Methamphetamine.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 28, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Joe Hackney acting alone or in complicity with Joey Hackney and Tammy Hackney committed the offense of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (Fentanyl) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Fentanyl, $42.00 in cash monies, digital scales, baggies, with the intent trafficking or distributing that Scheduled II controlled substance namely, Fentanyl, or by trafficking in that Fentanyl.

Joe Hackney acting alone or in complicity with Joey Hackney and Tammy Hackney committed the offense trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine, baggies, and digital scales, with the intent of trafficking or distributing that controlled substance namely, Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that Methamphetamine.

Joey Hackney acting alone or in complicity with Tammy Hackney and Joe Hackney committed the offense trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine, baggies, and digital scales, with the intent of trafficking or distributing that controlled substance namely, Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that Methamphetamine.
Commonwealth vs. Vera Hammond
The Grand Jury charges that on or before July 12, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Vera Hammond committed the offense of criminal mischief in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging property owned by Mr. Dustin Marcum of Tomahawk, Ky with the damage to the property.
2. Vera Hammond committed the offense of criminal trespass in the second degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining upon Revelation Coal property as to which notice against trespass was given by the enclosure.
Commonwealth vs. Sam Porter
The Grand Jury charges that on or before October 25, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Sam Porter acting alone or in complicity with Josh Scott committed the offense of receiving stolen property under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of 1200 feet of copper wire stolen from Pinnacle Processing located on Airport Road in Martin County, Ky with an approximate value exceeding $1,000.
2. Sam Porter acting alone or in complicity with Josh Scott committed the offense of violation of Air Pollution standards and rules by knowingly and unlawfully burning 1200 feet of copper wire without adhering to the standards and rules set forth.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before October 25, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. Josh Scott acting alone or in complicity with Sam Porter committed the offense of receiving stolen property under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of 1200 feet of copper wire stolen from Pinnacle Processing located on Airport Road in Martin County, Ky with an approximate value exceeding $1,000.
2. Josh Scott acting alone or in complicity with Sam Porter committed the offense of violation of Air Pollution standards and rules by knowingly and unlawfully burning 1200 feet of copper wire without adhering to the standards and rules set forth.
Commonwealth vs. John Slone
The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 7, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. John Slone committed the offense of wanton endangerment in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which created a substantial danger to another, namely Ms. Christina Garner of Dunlow, WV.
2. John Slone committed the offense of public intoxication (excludes alcohol) by knowingly and unlawfully being in a public setting manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance or other drugs.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 7, 2021 in Martin Co, Ky the above named defendant:
1. John Slone committed the offense of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by possessing a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson brand handgun after having been previously convicted of a felony in the state of West Virginia.
