CHILD SEX CREEP: ADAM WAYNE HAYNES, 38, OF OAKLAND, KENTUCKY; WAS ARRESTED ON OCTOBER 27, FOR DISTRIBUTING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

A Warren County, Kentucky man was busted by a state police special unit after he was discovered to be engaging in activity involving child pornography.

The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Adam Wayne Haynes, 38, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

Adam Haynes was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Oakland, KY on October 27, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Adam Haynes is currently charged with four counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. These charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison. If found guilty and convicted in a trial on all charges, Adam Haynes could face a sentence of four (4) years to twenty (20) years in state prison.

Adam Wayne Haynes was transported to and lodged in the Warren County Detention Center in Bowling Green Ky., where he is currently being held on a $210,000 full cash bond only. Adam Haynes first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, November 2, at 10:00 A.M., in Warren County District Court.

The Kentucky Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force is comprised of more than twenty-six local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The mission of the ICAC Task Force, created by the United States Department of Justice and administrated by the Kentucky State Police, is to assist state and local law enforcement agencies in developing a response to cyber enticement and child sexual abuse material investigations. This support encompasses forensic and investigative components, training and technical assistance, victim services, prevention and community education. The ICAC program was developed in response to the increasing number of children and teenagers using the internet, the proliferation of child sexual abuse material, and the heightened online activity of predators searching for unsupervised contact with underage victims.

Love to know why these people get arrested and get out of jail on bond and have no restrictions …and still get supervised visitation with their child seems to us there endangering the child ..and has plead guilty and still out on bond ,,plus they keep moving his sentencing date every month something wrong here. Justice system not for the innocent.

There is a lot wrong with todays legal system, that is true. But the justice system is truly for the innocent, and there is that little thing in the law that say’s ‘innocent until proven guilty’, I for one am glad the system doesn’t consist of arrest and go straight to prison, that’s how they do it in China.
