Judy Kay (Horn) Lemaster, 71, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

Judy was born September 6, 1950 in Lovely, KY to the late Haskel and Ruth (Mollett) Horn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Lemaster; brother Larry Horn; sister Patricia King; and brothers in law Chuck King and Harold Bowen.

Judy was a member of Upper Tabors Creek Freewill Baptist Church. She was retired from her dedicated career as an LPN.

Survivors include her sons Mark Lemaster of Fort Gay, WV and John (Shannon) Lemaster of Louisville, KY; grandchildren Jasper Lemaster and Willow Lemaster; sister Peggy Bowen of Hode, KY; brothers David (Darlis) Horn of Bellville, OH and John (Donna) Horn of Louisa, KY;  and sister in law Geneva Horn of Inez, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Upper Tabors Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Brother Virgil Pack officiating. Friends may visit the family on Friday, October 22, 2021 after 7:00 PM at the Upper Tabors Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset expenses. Donations may be mailed to Tammy Newsome, 728 14th Street, Ashland, KY 41101.
