Orvial Junior Salyers, 97, of Louisa, KY passed away October 13, 2021 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, KY.
Junior was born July 6, 1924 in Johnson County, KY, son of the late Roscoe and Nora Salyers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Betty Bishop Salyers; six brothers; and one sister.
Junior is survived by his special nephew and niece and loving caregivers Danny and Tammy Bishop, as well as many other nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Junior was a local business owner for many years, but his great love was his music.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, October 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tommy Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Myrtle Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family Friday, October 15, 2021 from 11:00 AM until time of service in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Salyers and his family.
