Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that two women with felony drug warrants were arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the suspects were arrested during a traffic stop in the Prichard area. More Methamphetamine was seized during the stop.
Amy Bowen, of Paintsville, was wanted for Conspiracy to Distribute 5 to 50 grams of Methamphetamine. She was additionally charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, obstructing, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Vicki Nelson-Jones, of Prichard, was wanted for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and faces a new charge of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine.
