MARTIN COUNTY MAN ARRESTED FOR FIRST DEGREE RAPE OF A MINOR THE DAY AFTER INDICTMENT BY MARTIN COUNTY GRAND JURY

A Marin County man was arrested one day after being indicted by the Martin County Grand Jury on four charges of him being alleged of committing a major criminal act of a force child sex offense case

Donald York, 58, of Beauty, Kentucky; was arrested on Friday afternoon, August 6, by Constable Brad Preece, of the Martin County Constable Office-District 4, after he was indicted on Thursday, August 5, 2021, by Martin County Grand Jury on four chagres, which were for the following: • RAPE, 1ST DEGREE, • UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION WITH/MINOR, 1ST – ILLEGAL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, UNDER/18 YEARS OF AGE, • UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION W/MINOR 2ND DEGREE, • POSSESS/VIEW MATTER PORTRAY SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY MINOR.

The Martin County Grand Jury indictment charges that on or before July 10, 2020 in Martin County, Ky., the named defendant, Donald York, with committing the following offenses:

* Donald York committed the offense of rape in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with another person, a minor, by forcible compulsion.

* Donald York committed the offense of unlawful transaction with a minor in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully inducing, assisting, and/or causing a minor, a minor, to engage in illegal controlled substance activity in the form of ingestion of non-prescribed Gabapentin.

* Donald York committed the offense of unlawful transaction with a minor in the second degree by knowingly and unlawfully inducing, assisting and/or causing a minor, a minor, to engage in illegal controlled substance activity involving Marijuana.

* Donald York defendant committed the offense of possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor by knowingly, having acknowledge of its content, character and that the sexual performance is by a minor, he knowingly had in his possession or control or viewing matters which visually depicted an actual sexual performance by a minor person, a minor.

Kentucky State Police trooper Ryan Hale appeared before the Martin County Grand Jury as a witness for the case.

First-Degree Rape of a Minor is a class B felony with a penalty of 10 to 20 years in prison,and a fine of not more than $10,000. First Degree Unlawful Transaction with a Minor also is a class B felony. Second-Degree Unlawful Transaction with a Minor is a class D felony with a penalty of 1 to 5 years in prison, and a fine of not more than $10,000. Possession/Viewing of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor is a class D felony with a sentence of 1 to 5 years in prison and a fine of not more than $10,000

Donald York was transported to and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention in Paintsville, Ky., where he is being held on a $20,000 full cash bond.

POLICE AGENCIES LOOKING MAN WANTED FOR RAPE IN TWO KENTUCKY COUNTIES

WANTED FOR TWO RAPES: TYLER O. STONE, 27, IS BEING SEARCHED FOR HIS ALLEGED CRIMES IN TWO KENTUCKY COUNTIES.

Law enforcement agencies in two Kentucky counties are looking for a rape suspect.

Tyler O.Stone, 27, is wanted on charges that he allegedly committed in Fayette County, and Scott County.

The Lexington Police Police Department have a warrant for Tyler Stone-old on a Rape 3rd charge.

Meanwhile, police authorities in Scott County have warrants for Rape, 3rd Degree; Strangulation, 2nd Degree; and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 2nd Degree.

CAMPBELL COUNTY WOMAN WHO WAS ONCE PART OF MTV SHOW SENTENCED TO SEVERAL YEARS IN PRISON IN CHILD PORN CASE

TWISTED LADY SEX CREEP: LORI ANN WICKELHAUS, 29, OF BROMLEY, KENTUCKY; WAS SENTENCED TO SEVERAL YEARS IN PRISON AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO CHRGES IN CHILD PORN CASE.

A Campbell County, Kentucky woman who appeared in a popular MTV show was sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.

Lori Ann Wickelhaus, 29, of Bromley, Kentucky; was indicted in August 2020, on 20 counts for possession of a matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance, according to the Campbell County Commonwealth Attorney .

Lori Wickelhaus appeared on the second season of “Sixteen and Pregnant” in 2010.

The episode centered around Wickelhaus’ decision on whether to put her baby up for adoption or not, according to MTV’s website.

Lori Ann Wickelhaus was sentenced by a judge to 6 and one half years (78 months) in prison. As part of her plea agreement, the judge ordered Lori Wickelhaus to get mental health counseling.

KENTUCKY STATE POLICE SPECIAL ELECTRONIC CRIME UNIT CHARGE MCLEAN COUNTY MAN WITH 200 COUNTS OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OFFENSES

ALLEGED CHILD SEX PORN CREEP SUSPECT: Samuel Cory Everly, 34, OF CALHOUN, KENTUCKY; WHICH IS LOCATED IN MCCLEAN COUNTY.

A McClean County, Ky. man was busted by a state police special unit after he was discovered to be engaging in a massive illegal criminal activity involving child pornography.

On August 5, 2021, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested Samuel Cory Everly, 34, of Calhoun, Ky., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

Samuel Everly was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Calhoun, KY on August 5, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Samuel Cory Everly is currently charged with one hundred counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and one hundred counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.

These charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison. If found guilty and convicted in a trial on all charges, Samuel Cory Everly could face a sentence from 200 years, to up to 1000 years in state prison.

Samuel Cory Everly was transported to and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.in Greenville, Ky.

KENTUCKY STATE POLICE SPECIAL ELECTRONIC CRIME UNIT CHARGE HOPKINS COUNTY MAN WITH CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OFFENSES

ALLEGED CHILD SEX PORN CREEP SUSPECT: KAIGE JOSPEH STORM ANFIELD, 26, OF HANSON, kENTUCKY; WHICH IS LOCATED IN HOPKINS COUNTY.

A Hopkins County, Ky. man was busted by a state police special unit after he was discovered to be engaging in illegal criminal activity involving child pornography.

On August 5, 2021, at approximately 6:15 P.M., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Kaige Joseph Storm Anfield, 26, of Hanson, Ky7., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

Kaige Anfield was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

Kaige Joseph Storm Anfield is currently charged with two counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and two counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.

These charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison. If found guilty and convicted in a trial on all charges, Kaige Joseph Storm Anfield could face a sentence from 4 years to 20 years in state prison.

Kaige Joseph Storm Anfield was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center in Madisonville, Ky.,. where he is being held on a $10,000 full cash bond only.

ELDERLY BOYD COUNTY MAN GETS SECOND INDICTMENT FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD PORN, NOW FACING 39 COUNTS TOTAL FOR CHILD PORN POSSESSION

VERY DIRTY GRANDPA: DANNY RAY ENYART, 70 OF CATLETTSBURG, KENTUCKY; IS FACING  TWO SEPARATE INDICTMENTS A TOTAL OF 39 COUNTS OF POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

An elderly Boyd County, Kentucky man who was arrested originally in June 2021 on a five-count indictment charging him with possession of child pornography, had his case grow way more in severity due to multiple additonal indictments, raising tthe number to 39 counts, during the late July 2021 session of the Boyd County grand jury.

Danny Ray Enyart, 70, of Catlettsburg, Ky., was indicted in early June 2021 on five count so of possession of child pornography in connection with a May 26 incident.

On July 28, a grand jury issued 33 more counts of possession of child pornography to Enyart’s case, as well as one count of tampering with physical evidence.

Danny Enyart has been held at the Boyd County Detention Center since May 27, according to the jail’s records. Danny Enyart’s bond was initially set in his case at $50,000, but it has since climbed to $125,000 since the issuing of the new indictment charges.

Each of Danny Enyart’s charges carries with it between one and five years in prison. While it mathematically sounds like Danny Enyart faces from 39 years to a maximum sentence of 195 years, Kentucky state law caps the longest stretch anyone can serve a non-life sentence at 70 years in state prison.

KENTUCKY STATE POLICE POST 2 CHARGE LOGAN COUNTY MAN WITH CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OFFENSES

ALLEGED CHILD SEX PORN CREEP SUSPECT: WILLIAM E. DULWORTH, 37, OF RUSSELLVILLE, kENTUCKY; WHICH IS LOCATED IN LOGAN COUNTY

The Kentucky State Police Post 2, in Nortonville, which is in Hopkins County, arrested a Logan County, Ky. man, after he was found to be engaing in illegal criminal activity involving child pornography.

On Wednesday, July 28, troopers with the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 2 arrested William E. Dulworth, 37, of Russellville, Ky., on charges related to child sexual abuse material.

KSP initiated an investigation after receiving information that William Dulworth was using a fake social media account to coerce and threaten juveniles to send him explicit images and videos.

The investigation resulted in a search warrant at a residence in Russellville. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing by Detective Hunter Carroll.

William Dulworth is currently charged with: use of a minor (under 16) in a sex performance, possess/view matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure a minor.

William Dulworth was taken to and lodged in the Logan County Detention Center in Russellville, Ky., where he is being held on a $25,000 full cash bond on the use of a minor (under 16) in a sex performance; and he was denied bond on both the possess/view charge and the prohibited use charge.

BOYD COUNTY MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO 30 COUNTS OF POSSESSING CHILD PORNOGRAPY AND PROMOTING A MINOR UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

GUILTY PLEA CHILD SEX PORN CREEP: CURTIS ANHONY MAYNARD, 41, OF ASHLAND, KENTUCKY.

A Boyd County man pleaded guilty on Tuesday, July 21, to a large heap of child sex crime charges, in exchange for a 24-year prison sentence.

Curtis Anthony Maynard, 41, of Ashland, Ky., entered a guilty plea to 22 counts of possession of child pornography and eight counts of promoting a minor less than 16 years of age before Boyd County Circuit Court Judge George Davis.

After Curtis Maynard entered his guilty plea, Judge Davis said he only accepted the offer because the victim in the case, who was less than 14 years of age at the time of the offense, consented to the agreement.

“The only reason I took this plea is so the child will not go through the torment of testifying at trial,” Judge Davis said from his court bench.

According to a news release issued by Boyd County Commonwealth’s Attorney Rhonda Copley office, Curtis Anthony Maynard’s conduct was discovered after he gave an electronic device containing child porn to a minor. During a search of the device by Ashland Police, officers found images of a child he had taken himself.

Curtis Maynard, wearing a mask and donning an orange jumper, was soft-spoken in court. At one point, Judge Davis admonished him to keep eye contact throughout the proceeding.

The victim, family members of both the victim and Curtis Maynard, and the investigating officers in the case were present at the hearing.

Curtis Anythony Maynard is scheduled for sentencing on September 24. He also faces a probation revocation in connection with a 2019 conviction for wanton endangerment.

Once he is released from prison, Curtis Anthony Maynard will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
