1. CALL TO ORDER

Mission and Welcome/Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag

2. STUDENT LEARNING AND SUPPORT SERVICES

2.A. Approve Claims and Orders of the Treasurer 

2.B. Approve Consent Agenda items:

2.B.1. Per diem and expenses for members in attendance; registration and travel expenses for board members attending the KSBA’s 2021 Summer Leadership Institute in July and training per diem as allowed for KRS-mandated training during the institute

2.B.2. Contracts and Services: 

2.B.2.a. Physical Therapy & Athletic Training Services Agreement between LCHS and Eastern Kentucky Sports and Orthopedic Therapy PSC; July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022; certificate of liability insurance provided

2.B.2.b. Annual Sports Complex Turf Management Contract with Quicksand Farms, LLC; July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022: Total: $15,500.00                                   

2.B.2.c. Louisa East Elementary School with L & L Enterprises (Luke Parsley & Luke Chico) services agreements for vending machines, effective July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022

2.B.3. Requests: 

2.B.3.a. 2021-2022 Fundraisers: LEES, LMS, LCHS

2.B.3.b. Use of Facilities: Lawrence County Wrestling Club to use Louisa East Elementary for elementary/middle wrestling practice; late fall, winter, early spring 2022; Joshua Diamond; pending liability insurance

2.B.3.c. Approve a budget of $26,000 to purchase uniforms for baseball, softball, boys’/girls’ soccer, and volleyball programs

2.C. Approve Lawrence County Schools’ participation as an Associate Member in the KDE-sponsored Local Laboratories of Learning (L3)

2.D. Approve Letter of Commitment with KDE for the Kentucky Innovative Learning Network (KY ILN)

2.E. Approve District Accounting Manager to serve as primary submitter and District Finance Officer and the Director of Federal Programs to serve as secondary submitters for Federal Cash Requests for Fiscal Year 2021-2022

2.F. Approve 2021-2022 District Travel Reimbursement Rate

2.G. Approve 2021-2022 LCHS School Fees, which includes student fees, Chromebook fees, sports ticketing fees, spring training fees, and cheer fees

2.H. 3.B. Approve 2021-2022 Lawrence County Schools Payroll Calendar which includes the Athletic Extra Duty Payroll Calendar 

3.C. Superintendent Professional Growth and Evaluation System (SPGES)

        Annual Evaluation: Dr. Robbie L. Fletcher, Superintendent

3.C.1. Capstone Presentation and Review of Professional Growth Plan

3.C.2. Executive Session

3.C.2.a. Approve to enter Executive Session for preliminary discussions relating to evaluation of the superintendent pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) and KRS 156.557(6)(c)

3.C.2.b. Approve return to Open Session

3.C.3. Discuss and approve adoption of Dr. Robbie Fletcher’s Superintendent Summative Evaluation for 2020-2021 SY

3.D. Approve to acknowledge receipt of Superintendent’s Personnel Action/Update
