The Grand Jury charges that on or before March 17, 2021 in Martin County Kentucky, the above named defendant:

Earnest New committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Heroin.

Earnest New committed the offense of possession of a controlled substance in the first (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, Cocaine.

The above named defendant committed the offense of possession/use of drug paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of altered straws and an altered pipe.

That first one is the wrong picture that’s his dad. I’m his wife and I’m so thankful he got indicted for kicking my face so hard he broke my orbital socket and nose. I hope he gets everything he deserves.
