Rufus Waller, 77, of Prichard, WV went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 19, 2021 at his home.
Rufus was born September 28, 1943 in Webb, WV to the late Saul and Maudie (Copley) Waller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Jacob Messer.
Rufus proudly served his country and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He later retired from AC&F Industries in Huntington.
Survivors include his wife Juda Waller; daughters Robin (Edgar) Preece and Jill (Mark) Daniel; grandchildren Joshua Messer, Zachary Messer, Macy Daniel, Myah Daniel, Michael Daniel and Josiah Daniel; and a special nephew Frankie Waller.
In lieu of the flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Huntington VA Regional Medical Center or Hospice of Huntington.
Funeral services for Mr. Waller are private.
