Marcus Todd Booth, 38, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 31, 2021.

Todd was born December 6, 1982 in Huntington, WV to Terry Lee Booth and Sherry Leigh (Meade) Preece.

Todd was a welder in the mining industry. He graduated from Marshall University’s Robert C. Byrd Center. Todd was kind, loving and respectful to everyone he met.  He loved dirt bikes and working on cars.

Todd was preceded in death by his father Terry Lee Booth. Survivors include his mother and stepfather Sherry Leigh Meade (Paul) Preece; his children Nataley Marie Booth, Jayden Tyler Booth, Natasha Gieser, NaKya Booth, and Ryker Booth; his brother Derek Shea Preece; nieces Byrklie Preece and Rose Preece; special friend Barrett Branham; mothers of his children Ashley Sallee and Kayla Sayler; and a host of family and friends that loved him.

Friends may visit the family on Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Booth and his family.

    I remember him in kindergarten!!! He was always a ball to be around and full of life and energy. So sorry to have seen this. God rest his soul .
